AÏDEMO, created in 2004 by Nadine Verschelden, is an intercultural management consulting firm whose core business is to support companies and athletes in their international development.
Cronwald was acquired in 2010 to join the Aïdemo group. In 2024, we rebranded it as Cronwald by Aidemo.

Our team
Specialized in intercultural management and linguistics, Nadine conceives and holds trainings in companies, business schools and universities. She is doing some doctoral research at the Sorbonne on management in Maghrib.
Marketing and digital expert, Luis Miguel had various strategic positions in Latin America and in Europe and managed multicultural team for French, Korean and Japanese companies.
He created a marketing, communication and consulting agency and works with startups as
well as SME’s. As a partner, he is in charge of the digital strategy.
Sales Manager, Asmae Kechite is specialized in the field of aeronautics and training. Asmae focuses on the development of Aïdemo's customer base.
